  1. Watch the video for best instructions
  2. Preheat oven to 300 F and rib your kale (taking away tough stem)
  3. wash and dry kale, then rip into chip size pieces
  4. mix all ingredients with the kale in a large bowl and massage your kale for 2 minutes (yup, you read that right)
  5. cover baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up
  6. Lay kale chips on baking sheet being careful not to overlap
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crunchy
