Sometimes a girl (or guy) just has to have something crunchy and salty.
Kale chips fit the bill! I can get them in the oven in 5 minutes, and I can eat the whole bowl knowing they are giving me fibre, B vitamins, and iron.
I used Tex-Mex seasoning and SeaSalt with dried garlic to season them, but you can use anything you desire – cumin, paprika, sea salt, dill…. the list goes on…..
