This is a company worthy dish, but takes less than 10 minutes to prep. The oven or BBQ does the rest of the work for you! With a sweet taste kids will love, and a salty taste the adults will love, this will become a family favorite!
Trim pork tenderloin of any visible fat and silver skin
Add all other ingredients to a glass dish or Ziploc bag
Add pork to the marinade and let sit in fridge 6-48 hours. More time = more flavour
If using oven, first sear the meat in a pan on the stove top to seal in the juices. Then put in a glass baking dish into a preheated oven at 350. Cook until meat thermometer reads 160 (about 30 minutes). Take out, cover loosely with tin foil and let rest 10 minutes until pork reaches 170 degrees. Slice and serve
If using BBQ, let BBQ heat to about 400 degrees, sear meat quickly then turn BBQ down to 350 and cook each side about 8-10 minutes, turning once.
