Protein Powder Pancakes
These pancakes are kid approved, gluten free, high fibre and high protein. Everything you want in a breakfast! And they freeze great, so make a bunch for easy week day mornings

  1. Blend oats to smooth consistency (about 10-20 seconds) in your blender
  2. Combine all other ingredients in blender until blended
  3. If too thick, thin with milk of your choice
  4. In skillet or fry pan, spritz with grape seed oil (or butter), and pour batter to size of pancake you like
  5. When firm on one side, flip!
  6. Top with what you like – I like to use defrosted frozen fruit with a little maple syrup and a bit of yogurt.
