  1. Pre-heat oven to 325F
  2. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan. Watch attached video to see how I used healthy coconut oil to grease my pan!
  3. In bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside
  4. In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, honey/maple syrup, yogurt and vanilla. Add bananas and stir till all lumps are out.
  5. Fold in flour mixture and chocolate chips or nuts.
  6. Pour into your greased pan and back for 50-55 minutes until toothpick inserted in centre come out clean. Enjoy!
