I love to bake, especially on cold winter days. Usually, it’s an extremely healthy version, like last night’s “chocolate chip pie” that contained 2 cups of white kidney beans and dates. Hey, don’t laugh, 4 teenagers scarfed it down!
But last week, I wanted a more classic treat. I even used flour! A rarity for me!
This banana bread is still a healthier version, using Greek yoghurt and honey, but still traditional enough to be moist, tender and a treat.
