  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a food processer and process until well blended. (you can stir with a spoon instead, but they won’t hold together as well)
  2. Form the mixture in patties, any size or shape you like. If it’s too soft to handle, freeze for 2-3 minutes, then form.
  3. Freeze patties 30-60 minutes, until hard
  4. Melt chocolate and 1 tsp coconut oil either in a double boiler, as per video, or in the microwave.
  5. Either dip patties into chocolate and put on wax paper, or spoon chocolate onto patties.
  6. Freeze another 10-15 minutes.
  7. These should be kept in fridge until ready to serve. They hold up outside of fridge for 2-3 hours (but I guarantee they won’t last that long at a party!)
