I’ve realized a barrier for many of my clients to healthy eating was either the time, or the knowledge and tools, to get a healthy meal on the table. Fast!
Yet, it is so important though to avoid processed foods, or take out. The sodium, fat and unhealthy oils are contributors to heart disease, weight gain, and poor “gut biome” (a lack of good bacteria in our gut). But I understand, when you get home from a hard day at work, you don’t want to spend an hour getting dinner on the table.
